Erika Zipfel Thompson of The Dikman Company was recognized by the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and received two Pinnacle Awards for outstanding achievements in commercial real estate. The Pinnacle Awards honor Tampa-area commercial real estate agents and brokerage firms for transactions completed in 2019.

Thompson was awarded the Industrial Deal of the Year award, successfully selling a 25,000 square-foot building located on 5.5 acres with exposure to I-4. Thompson took a listing with several pre-existing complexities that made it difficult to market. Her efforts and commitment to resolve all outstanding issues yielded high results for her client in a tight and competitive market.

Thompson was also honored with the Regional Top Producer Award for the second highest volume of transactions in the Regional Industrial Brokerage division.

“The Pinnacle Awards highlight some of the best commercial real estate professionals in the industry,” said Bob Dikman, chairman and chief executive officer, The Dikman Company. “We are honored to be a part of this group and I am incredibly proud of the commitment Erika has to ensuring a great customer experience for our clients. Our team is committed to providing the best service every day and this recognition is a testament to her hard work.”

The Pinnacle Awards event was to be held at the Vinoy in a March 26th ceremony but has been postponed until later in the year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For a complete list of this year’s winners, visit the FGCAR website.
