TAMPA, Fla. (August 27, 2018)— Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company represented Valrico Retail, LLC, and sold a 9,100 square foot retail center for a purchase price of $1,030,000. The deal closed on July 31, 2018. The building is located at 26105 State Road 60 East, Valrico, Fla.

The Dikman Company asset was formerly home to a Chase Bank and others but in the last few years languished as efforts were focused on finding credit tenants with long-term leases to fill the vacancies.
