TAMPA, Fla. (November 7, 2017)— Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company represented Mark 60 TE, LLC, securing a three-year lease with American Lighting & Signalization (ALS). The 10,500 SF warehouse is located at 2604 Tampa East Blvd., Unit K, Tampa Fla. The lease commenced October 30, 2017.
ALS, which constructs and maintains traffic signal and highway lighting systems, was looking for warehouse space in east Tampa. Matscherz stated, “ALS recently contracted with TECO to replace the local area’s streetlights with more efficient LED lights and needed a warehouse centrally located in the area they were servicing. I was able to work closely with the property owner to secure a space that matched ALS’s immediate needs so they could continue to focus on their service goals.”
