Dikman helped Extravaganza Productions to consolidate their warehousing and office into one location from the two they had previously at 6604 Harney Road in Tampa.
Ben Dikman, vice president of The Dikman Company represented Extravaganza Productions as their tenant representative and Scott Ramey, leasing manager at EastGroup Properties was the landlord representative.
