We have embarked upon major improvements to buildings and land we own in the 200 acre Tampa East Industrial Park. We are in the engineering and permitting stage on our remaining 16 acres of industrial land and plans are being developed for multiple 10,000 sf+ office/warehouse buildings with outside storage. Elsewhere, we are completing improvements to the 360,000 sf office/warehouse project known as Centreport 60, located on Adamo Drive (SR 60) next to IKEA. Roof replacements are continuing and sub-metering of all electric is being completed. The final touches include repainting a building and updating the fire alarm and monitoring system.
Our tenants are very pleased with the improvements. We believe these improvements will not only enhance the overall look and functionality of the industrial parks, but will increase the marketability for attracting (and keeping) tenants.
