TAMPA, Fla. (October 16, 2017)— Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company represented Truma in acquiring a 2-year lease for their first service center in Florida. The 2,240 SF service center will open in October and will be located at 3928 Anchuca Drive, Lakeland, FL.

Truma, a leading supplier in the RV industry, chose this location to better serve the heavy concentration of RV owners that travel through the Lakeland area each year.  “Florida has a heavy concentration of RVer’s and we want to make purchasing and servicing Truma products easy for our customers. We had worked previously with Brent Miller who assisted us in finding other US locations and he put us in contact with The Dikman Company. Although it was a challenge to find the ideal location for our service center in this strong real estate market, Erika Matscherz, along with The Dikman Company, found us a great location and perfect property in Lakeland, Florida,” said Gerhard Hundsberger, President and CEO of Truma.  Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company stated “Matt Ruthven of The Ruthvens represented the Landlord.  Matt was instrumental in facilitating the buildout to accommodate Truma’s goal of getting the service center up and running in October, which is the start of the busy RV season in Florida.”
