The office space is part of a renovated 1927 office building and features a private
entrance and ample parking space. Bob Dikman, ALC, CCIM, CRB, SIOR, Chairman and CEO of The Dikman Company, was the sole broker in the transaction. Located
in the trendy SOHO district of South Tampa, the office is just minutes from
downtown Tampa, Davis Islands, and Bayshore Boulevard. Dr. Griffin will take occupancy of the space in March 2012.
