Lightning Bolt and Screw has been a tenant in the building since 1998 and has renewed its lease for an additional three years. Established in 1992, the family-run full-service fastener company occupies 6,000 square feet in the 60,000 square foot warehouse located in East Tampa. This property has been their home for 20 years.
Mulcahy & Associates renewed its lease 16 months early to secure the space for an additional three years. The company is a manufacturer’s representative sales firm specializing in municipal water and sewer manufacturing. The Tampa East Industrial Park location is central to the company’s Florida customer base. Mulcahy & Associates occupy 8,400 square feet.
