The site is currently being marketed for sale by The Dikman Company.
“We anticipate the buyer of this parcel will be a big box retailer such as Walmart, The Home Depot, Costco or Sam’s Club,” stated Dikman. Dikman also noted that the property is in an ideal location as it has easy access to the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway and Interstate 4.
