Tampa, FL (Monday, February 29, 2016) – The Dikman Company’s Erika Zipfel Matscherz announced Mulcahy & Associates’ four-year lease agreement for 8,400 SF at 2604 Tampa East Blvd, Unit E, in Tampa. Matscherz represented the tenant in this transaction. The lease agreement began on January 1, 2016.
Prior to the relocation, Mulcahy & Associates was located just behind (on the south side) of Rooms to Go on I-4 in Seffner. One of the reasons they needed to relocate was because Rooms to Go wanted to purchase Mulcahy & Associates’ property. “Last year we determined the need for a larger warehouse facility,” said Pat Mulcahy, Founder of Mulcahy & Associates. “Our new warehouse at 2604 Tampa East Boulevard suits us perfectly. This relocation was done very smoothly and professionally primarily due to the efforts of and attention to detail by Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company.”
