Tampa, FL (December 2011) — The Dikman Company announced today that Ferguson
Enterprises, Inc has signed a lease on a 9,070 sq. ft warehouse at 420 Ware Boulevard in Tampa for five years. Bob Dikman, ALC, CCIM, CRB, SIOR, Chairman and CEO of The Dikman Company, represented the lessor, Mountain Park Gardens, Inc., in the transaction. Greg Andretta, SIOR, of Andretta Marsh Properties represented the tenant.
