Tampa, FL (June 2012) — The Dikman Company announced today that Garrett Roofing, Inc. has purchased a 8,360 sq. ft.warehouse on 2.25 acres of land located at 10418 Main Street in Thonotosassa,FL. Ben Dikman, Vice President of The Dikman Company, represented the Landlord, Walco International, in the transaction. The space sold for $225,000 and closed in May.
