Tampa, FL (May 2012) — The Dikman Company announced today that Massaro Blvd. Properties sold 5.91 acres of vacant land in the Tampa East Industrial Park to Odyssey Manufacturing Company. Bob Dikman, ALC, CCIM, CRB, SIOR, Chairman and CEO of The Dikman Company, represented Massaro Blvd Properties in the transaction.
Odyssey Manufacturing began operations of its bleach manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida in March of 2000. The manufacturing company utilizes chlor-alkali technology for the production of bulk sodium hypochlorite.
