NAUI RENEWS LEASE AT PINEBROOKE COMMERCE CENTER

Tampa, FL  (August 2008) -- The Dikman Company, Inc. announced today that NAUI Services Group, Inc. renewed the lease located at 1,232 Tech Boulevard in Tampa.  NAUI Services Group is a California not-for-profit corporation and worldwide educational association, leasing 8,820 square feet in the Pinebrooke Commerce Center IV.   NAUI provides and promotes the preservation and protection of the world’s underwater environments with high quality practical education.

The Dikman Company represented the Lessor.
