Ben Dikman is regarded as a ‘young tiger’ within the commercial real estate community. Known for his innovative new ideas and extensive market knowledge of Office, Industrial and Retail properties, Ben has established a reputation with his clients for attentive service, thorough attention to analysis and aggressive pursuit of his client’s interests. Following in the footsteps of his father, Ben is a candidate and taking courses to earn his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Prior to joining the family brokerage, Ben spent several years in the corporate sector, working in all phases of the insurance industry. This corporate training and experience has proven to be quite an as asset in Ben’s commercial real estate career.

A Tampa native, Ben is very active in the community and is a member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate Partners of Tampa Bay. He is also a supporter of the local arts, and has acted in several local films and television commercials, and does work as a voice over talent.
