Fran Davin has broad experience and expertise in land use, re-zoning, and the regulatory process.

As the former Executive Director of the Tampa Parkway Association, her knowledge of the I-75 corridor adds another dimension to our firm's specialties. A former Hillsborough County Commissioner and Tampa City Councilwoman, she has been professionally involved in the I-75 corridor for the past dozen years and was a major participant in the formulation of the I-75 Master Plan overlay.

More recently, she served as a consultant to Florida Atlantic University in a land use/concurrency analysis conducted for state government.

Currently, Fran is serving as a board member of the Tampa Housing Authority.

She was recognized for her many business and civic accomplishments by being named to Tampa Bay Business Magazine's "Blue Book of Who's Who in Tampa Bay".
